Luna Grill Opens Location at Temecula’s Promenade Mall

San Diego-based Luna Grill has opened a location in the Promenade mall near the Edwards Stadium Temecula 15.
It’s the first foray into the Riverside County market by the company, which also is opening a location in Eastvale this week.
The two new eateries, which offer fast casual Mediterranean fare, give the company 27 locations in Southern California and Texas.
“Luna Grill has been anxiously anticipated by our shoppers and community for some time,” said Kym Espinosa, director of marketing for Promenade Temecula, in a statement. “We know that the restaurant’s focus on fresh and healthy cuisine, paired with a great contemporary and casual setting will be extremely popular in this market.”
Luna Grill has seen both its menu and the interior design of its restaurants evolve since it was founded in 2004.
The company, owned by Premier Food Concepts, LLC, calls its latest layout “Luna 3.0” and has dubbed its industry market classification as “luxe casual.”
“Luna 3.0 is mix of vintage yet modern, with organic elements throughout. Distressed finishes are paired with modern pieces to create a cozy, comfortable and fresh feeling,” said Nicole Abraham, vice president of marketing for Luna Grill, in a statement.
