How do I sign up?
Search “Luna Grill” in either the Google Play Store (Android) or in the App Store (IOS) and download our app for the best Rewards experience.
How does the sign up offer work?
Everyone who downloads and signs up for the Luna Grill app and loyalty program will receive the $5 off your first order offer, valid for 30 days. This offer is usually delivered to your account 10-30 minutes after signing up but can take up to 24 hours. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you do not see it under Rewards, please force close and re-open your app to refresh it.
How does the Club Luna Rewards program work?
Club Luna Rewards members will earn 1 point for every dollar spent (tax, tip, and fees not included) and once reaching 100 points, will receive a $10 reward to be used towards any purchase.
How do I earn rewards for my recent order?
If you’ve ordered in the Luna Grill app or while logged in to orders.lunagrill.com (or online ordering site), you’ll earn automatically on your purchase.
If you’d like to earn on a purchase made at your local Luna Grill, you may scan the barcode on your receipt within 24 hours of purchase. You may locate the “Scan Receipt” feature in the “My Profile” tab of the app.
What should I do if my receipt won’t scan?
Please contact us and provide a copy of your receipt and the contact information associated with your account so our team may assist in getting you credit for your purchase.
Receipts are valid for 24 post purchase. Receipts older than 24 hours will not be honored for earning.
How do I redeem Rewards?
If redeeming in person, visit the “Rewards” tab on your app and select “Redeem My Rewards Balance”. Type in the amount you would like to redeem (cannot exceed your Reward balance) and you will be given a code to show to the cashier when placing your order in person.
If you are ordering online or within the Luna Grill app, you may apply your preferred Rewards Balance from within the “Rewards” section of checkout.
How do I earn points from an online order?
Make sure you are signed in to your account while ordering, and once the order is submitted and paid for, the points will add automatically to your account. You can check point additions under “Rewards History” in the “Rewards” section of the app.
How do I redeem an offer?
Absolutely! When you order delivery in the Luna Grill app you will automatically earn points on these purchases. Start your order in the app and select “Delivery” in the “Order Type” section at checkout.
How does the point system work?
You will receive 1 point for every dollar spent (subtotal only) and once reaching 100 points, will receive a $10 reward. Amounts are rounded to the nearest point amount. For example: amounts from $15.00 to $15.49 would round down to 15 points, and amounts from $15.50 to $15.99 would round up to 16 points.
Can I redeem my Rewards Balance right after earning?
No, you must wait at least 4 hours after earning to redeem a reward.
Can I redeem my Rewards Balance and an offer at the same time?
No, only one offer or Reward may be applied per transaction. You may choose to redeem your Rewards Balance, or an offer.
Will my points expire?
Points will only expire if you have not made a purchase within 365 days. Once your account has 365 of inactivity (no purchases), the points will expire automatically. You may keep your points from expiring by making a purchase once every 365 days.
Do my Rewards expire?
When 100 points convert to a $10 Reward, that balance is valid for 180 days. Reward Balances that are not used within 180 days from issue will expire from your account. You may check how much time you have left to redeem your Rewards Balance within the “Rewards” tab of the app.
Can I purchase a gift card with my banked rewards?
No. Rewards can only be used towards food and beverage purchases.
Can I earn points on Catering orders?
Catering guests may earn 1 point for every $2 spent but purchases must be manually added to your Club Luna Rewards account. Please allow for 2 business days so our Catering Support team can add these points manually to your account.

Can I earn points from a third party delivery service? (i.e. DoorDash, Grubhub, UberEats?)
No, points may not be earned on third party orders. Points will only be gifted for orders placed directly in the Luna Grill app, at a Luna Grill location, or on Luna Grill’s online ordering website – orders.lunagrill.com.
Do I earn points when I also use an offer?
Yes, however points are only gained on the amount spent (excluding tax, any discount and tip).
Can I earn points when purchasing a gift card?
No, but purchases that are made with the gift card will earn points.
