I’d love to attend a Grand Opening! How do I redeem the Free Bowl offer?

We’re so glad you’d like to join us for a Grand Opening celebration! To be eligible for our Grand Opening FREE Bowl offer, be sure to first download the Luna Grill app and join our Club Luna Rewards program. On the morning of our Grand Opening, the offer will appear in the app. Head to the restaurant ahead of our opening time (check above for specific) and be one of the first guests in line to redeem this in-person at our new restaurant location. As we grow in size, we’ll give away the same number of Free Bowls as restaurants we have! For example, for our 60th restaurant opening, we plan to give away Free Bowls to the first 60 guests in line as well as free Luna Grill hats!

Will I be able to earn Club Luna Rewards points at the new Luna Grill restaurant locations?

Absolutely! As a Club Luna Rewards member you may earn points at all Luna Grill restaurant locations, excluding the location in the San Diego Airport. Simply present your app to scan to check-in for points in person, or order ahead in the app and earn automatically! We also offer 2x Points for Grand Opening week at our new restaurants to kick you off with an extra earning boost!

The best way to learn of new Luna Grill locations is by being a Club Luna Rewards member and following us on social media. We will share all new restaurant locations with our Club Luna Rewards members via email ahead of the openings, and will post on social media.

Will the menu be the same at the new Luna Grill locations?

Yes! We strive to maintain consistency across our menu throughout the different communities we are a part of and use the same recipes and ingredients in all of our kitchens. We know how much our guests love favorites like our Santorini Bowl and Chicken Kabob Plate across all of our restaurants! It is our mission to bring these favorites to you, wherever you are!
