International Women’s Day

March 8 is International Women’s Day and we are getting inspired through the stories of some of our very own female team members! This month we sat down for Q&A with some inspiring team members in our company and wanted to share their stories with you. Check out the interviews below and be sure to let us know if there is a team member that you want to highlight on International Women’s Day by shooting us a note through Instagram at @LunaGrill.

What advice do you have for other women in Leadership?

Some advice that I have for women in leadership today that I have experienced throughout my 8 years with Luna Grill are these 3 tips to success:

  1. Come into work with a positive attitude everyday. No matter the day, no matter the time, having a positive attitude and being ready for the day is so important.
  2. If you don’t know the answer, just ask! Don’t be afraid to build relationships with other departments, people in your brand or your company to help you find the answers and be successful.
  3. Let your work do the talking. If you come in to work with a positive attitude everyday, you build relationships and follow the standards by doing what you are supposed to do then everything will fall into place.
