Medical Reps that order Catering from Luna Grill directly receive 2 Credits per $1 spent. Credits are based on your pre-tax subtotal (before tax, tip, delivery fees)
We send you an Amazon Gift Card every 2,500 Credits!
How do I know if I’m eligible?
In order to keep this exclusive for only Medical Reps, make sure you use your full name when placing your order and/or creating your account for future orders. Please put a note on your order if you prefer to use a personal email address.
We will reach out with any questions to clarify, if needed.
Where can I check my Credit balance and redeem my Amazon gift card?
Easy! If you’d like to check your balance, just email us at LunaPerksPrescribed@LunaGrill.com
You’ll receive an email from the Catering Team when you place your first order, and when you are eligible to redeem for an Amazon gift card.
What is the Welcome Bonus?
When you place your first order, you’ll receive a Welcome Bonus of 1,250 Credits — putting you more than halfway to your first redemption!
For example, if your first order is $650 (before tax, tip and delivery fees), you’ll receive 1,300 Credits.
After the order is completed, you’ll receive your 1,250 Bonus Credits.
Your new Credit balance is 2,550 Credits after just 1 order!

What is the Minimum Order and Processing Time?
Luna Grill Catering (direct): $100 minimum for delivery, no minimum for pickup
We kindly ask for at least 3 hours’ notice for most delivery orders, 12 hours for orders over $500.00. Need something sooner for pickup? Reach out to us early in the day—if our kitchen has space, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen!
Do you offer Pickup and Delivery?
Yes! We offer both pickup and delivery.
Delivery: $30 (within 10 miles), $40 (over 10 miles) – Orders placed less than 3 hours subject to driver availability
Pickup: Available at your nearest Luna Grill
When is Catering Available?
Catering is available 7 days a week from 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM for both pickup and delivery.

What menu options are available?
We offer a wide variety of menu options- flame grilled proteins including Chicken Kabobs, Koobideh Kabobs, Bistro Beef Kabobs, and house Falafel (vegetarian). Popular sides include pita, hummus, rice, salads, and more. You can also add extra protein or sides à la carte to ensure no one leaves hungry.
Our most popular catering options include: Build-a-Bowl and Signature Buffets, Wrap Platters and an array of salads and sides. We also offer individually packaged Bowls, Salads, and Signature Plates.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes! We’re happy to offer several plant-based options, including falafel and fresh, flavorful salads.

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes- we’re flexible!
Smaller events: Changes accepted up to 3 hours before delivery
Larger events: Please give us 12 hours’ notice when possible.
Same-day updates? Call us directly—we’ll try to accommodate if the kitchen allows.
All changes are subject to a restaurants ability to execute the changes.
Can I see the price per attendee on an order?
Of Course! We know how important that is for Reps, and will tailor your quote based on your event size, dietary needs, and preferred menu. Submit your request via our Catering Inquiry Form.

Will my catering order apply to my Club Luna Rewards?
Medical Reps that opt-in to the Luna Perks Prescribed Program earn exclusive Credits that are separate from Club Luna entirely. All orders must be placed through the catering website or Catering Team.
Please allow up to 2 business days for Credits to be added manually by our Catering Support team.

What are the restrictions?
To keep the program fair and exclusive to Medical Reps:
No splitting one catering order into multiple smaller orders to earn more Credits and/or redeem faster.
No fraudulent orders — all orders must be for legitimate business events.
No using another Rep’s name or letting others use yours.
All orders are subject to review; fraudulent activity results in removal from the program and forfeiture of Credits.
Who do I contact about missing Credits?
Missing Credits must be reported within 30 days of the order date.
All Credits decisions by the Luna Grill Catering Team are final.

Do my Credits expire?
Never! Unlike other platforms, your Credits never expire as long as you are an active Rep in the program.
Your Credits will be there waiting for you the next time you order.
