You aren’t just what you eat. You do what you eat.
Take in the power of real food for all the goodness you do and are. We serve the most honest, fresh, and preservative free food wherever possible to keep you at your best.
Here's How:

Non-GMO
Our goal is to serve as many non-GMO items as possible including our rice, lamb, salmon and grass fed beef.
We use project verified, non-GMO oil that is free of trans-fat and soy to make our marinades, dressings and fried items.
Our Never, Ever Gyros are the only Gyros on the market known to: Never have any hormones administered, Never have any antibiotics introduced, Never fed animal by-products, be MSG-free, feature beef and lamb only raised on grass and grain vegetarian diets.

Fresh, Honest, Local
We are committed to supporting locally harvested produce, sustainable farming and local businesses whenever possible.
Each dish is made fresh, right after you order it. Our kabobs are marinated and grilled to order over an open flame to bring out their natural flavors.
Luna Grill is transparent about the ingredients that go into our food and we are always looking to find healthy swaps. In 2018 we changed the flour in our Sirloin Kabob to Garbanzo Flour to make this dish Gluten Free!

Animal Welfare
We’re committed to serving protein from animals who were treated with compassion and respect. As such, we are working to find suppliers who share our values and are committed to bettering our food system, including how farm animals are raised.
By 2024, we will source only chicken certified by Global Animal Partnership (GAP) and require all chickens to be processed in a manner that avoids live-dumping and live-shackling, and instead utilizes a pre-shackle, multi-step controlled-atmosphere processing system that’s widely hailed as more humane.

Ingredients You Can Trust
Use preservative-free, all natural, free range poultry, ground beef and lamb with no added growth hormones.
We believe in real food made from good ingredients. As such, we are always working to reduce, eliminate and avoid additives, preservative and other unnecessary ingredients whenever possible to serve pure, real food to fuel our day.
We try to limit the amount of salt in our dishes and instead swap for fresh herbs and spices like mint, parsley, sumac, and lemon.
