LUNATIC Rewards FAQ’s

 Q: How do I sign up?

A: Download the app from either the Google Play Store (Android) or the App Store (iOS). If you do not have a smartphone, you can sign in through a link on our website at lunaticrewards.com. Sign-up with a Facebook account (earn 10 extra points) or with an email address.

 Q: How do I earn Rewards?

A: Take your receipt, go to the Rewards Tab at the bottom of the screen, then hit “Earn”. The receipt scanner function within the app will appear. Scan the barcode at the bottom of the receipt. (If you’re having trouble-scanning, click “Enter Barcode Manually” to enter the 12-13 digit barcode manually.)

After a successful scan, you’ll see how many points you have earned. Click the arrow in the top right corner to continue.

Social Media Sharing & Feedback: Here you have the option to write a review about your Luna Grill experience. Then, you may select whether this review may be made public and/or shared on your personal Facebook account.

Finally, the app will return to your Rewards Tab where you will receive your points.

 Q: How do I redeem Rewards?

A: Please wait until you are physically at the restaurant and ready to make a purchase before you complete the redemption process. Go to the Rewards Tab at the bottom of the screen, then hit “Redeem”. Type in the amount you’d like to redeem (cannot exceed your reward balance). If you’re sure you’d like to redeem the offer, then tap “Redeem”. Note: You will only have a limited time to redeem this offer after tapping redeem, if you do not redeem the rewards in that timeframe the amount will be added back to your account balance.

Scan the QR code at the cash register or show the redemption code on the screen to the cashier to redeem your offer.

Q: Can I redeem my rewards at any location?

A: Yes! You can earn points at any participating restaurant, therefore you can redeem the reward at any location.

Q: What if a receipt is $15.74? Do I receive 15 points or 16 points?

A: 16 points. Amounts are rounded to the nearest point amount. For example: amounts from $15.00 to $15.49 would round down to 15 points, but amounts from $15.50 to $15.99 would round up to 16 points.

Q: If I have multiple $5 rewards saved in my app, can I redeem all of them at once?

A: Yes. For example: If you have accrued $15 in rewards, you may redeem up to $15.

Q: What if I have a $5 reward and another offer? Can I use both at the same time?

A: Yes, you have earned your rewards and therefore can combine with other offers.

Q: Can I redeem rewards right after earning?

A: No, you must wait at least 4 hours after earning to redeem a reward.

Q: How often can I earn rewards?

A: You may earn rewards on every visit, however you cannot earn more than twice in a four hour period.

Q: Can I earn on a receipt that I have from last week?

A: Yes, you can. You must use the app to scan the receipt within 15 days. Receipts older than 15 days will not be accepted.

Q: Will my points or rewards ever expire?

A: Points will not expire. However, banked rewards will expire one year after they’ve been earned.

Q: Can I earn and redeem points on Catering orders?

A: Yes, you can earn and redeem points on catering orders.

Q: Do I earn points when I also use an offer?

A: Points are only earned on the amount spent. For example if you spent $20 and used a $5 offer you would only receive points for $15 dollars.

Q: Do I earn points on tax?

A: Points are only earned on the subtotal, pre-tax.

Q: What will happen to my previous Luna Rewards Club membership?

A: The points and balance will transfer over to the new program for registered members only. You will need to download the LUNATIC Rewards App and create an account using the SAME phone number that you used to register with the old program.   This step will allow your accounts to sync up.
