What is Gluten-Light, you ask? Well… we care deeply about the health and well-being of our guests, and our goal is to be as transparent as possible. Since our kitchens are not 100% gluten free environments and cross contamination may occur, we cannot claim that any of our items are completely gluten free. Therefore, we’re using the term “Gluten-Light” to describe our offerings.
